Features

EPilon® is a fine-cell, physically cross-linked polyethylene or polypropylene foam manufactured in a continuous sheet. It exhibits a smooth, aesthetic surface and a homogenous closed-cell structure. Selective fire retardant grades that comply with FMVSS302 and UL94HF-1 are also available. EPilon polypropylene foam offers superb thermo-forming characteristics, which allows the design of complex shapes in automotive interior applications.
